Botanalytics – BLiP Integration for Chatbot Analytics

We’re beyond excited to tell you all about our new chatbot integration with BLiP!
BLiP is the most comprehensive chatbot development platform. Now with the new Botanalytics – BLiP integration, it is easier than ever to build a chatbot and get advanced analytics on the performance of your bot and agent.
It’s so easy to use, and even easier to connect your accounts. Follow a few simple steps and you will be done in just a couple minutes!
Go to BLiP and log in.
Select the bot you want to connect to Botanalytics or create a new one.
Click on the ‘’Integrations’’ tab on the right menu.
Click on ‘’Connect’’ button to integrate your bot into Botanalytics.
You’ll be redirected to Botanalytics integration, click on the configuration tab. Then you will need to enter your Botanalytics bot’s token and click save button.
Click on ‘’Activate’’ toggle to make integration active
You’re good to go!
