Can I cancel anytime?
Sure, you can cancel your current subscription plan anytime you want and you'll still have access to all of the premium features until the end of your billing period.
Can I access my historical data when I upgrade my subscription?
Yes, you'll have immediate access to your old messages when you upgrade. We store all data sent to us by our customers. We only limit the length of time in the past a customer can query this data on some of our plans.
What happens if I exceed the allowed message number included in my plan?
We will keep collecting your data! In order to access your analytics dashboard, you'll need to upgrade to another plan that works best for your monthly message volume.
Can I create projects for different platforms on one single account?
Of course, you can analyze your text based chatbots, voice apps or any other conversation channels (e.g.: your customer support tickets) for all supported platforms on one single account.
